Caitlin trains in Austin every day of the week.  
Hours: 6am-9pm on weekdays and 8am-2pm on weekends.

Group Personal Training in Austin For Women:

Caitlin provides Personal Training for Groups of Women in Austin.  The groups can be anywhere from 2-6 people for small group training, and 6-20 people for large group training.

What Is Group Training Like?

Group Training for small groups can be a lot like 1-on-1 training, however Caitlin's attention will be split between 2-6 of you.  Small group training is a great option if you want to lower the cost of a personal training session, especially if you have a friend or a few friends who are at a similar fitness level to you.  You can expect to get a great workout, have fun with friends, and continue to reach your goals with small group training!  Caitlin often utilizes functional training, circuit training, HIIT and weight lifting in her small group training sessions.

Large group training is similar to a functional-style boot camp.  Caitlin does NOT do crossfit style training.  She implements a lot of functional movement, kettlebell, medicine ball, and weights in her training as well as HIIT, Sprints, Circuits and much more.  In a large group setting, you will get help with form and technique while also socializing with friends and/or coworkers (most of Caitlin's large groups are organized through companies for their employees).  Caitlin also offers a boot camp in Leander, TX on Tues/Thurs evenings (7pm) for those who want to train in a large group but don't have one already organized.

Where and How Much Does It Cost?

Small groups can be trained in Caitlin's studio gym, LifeForce, located in Round Rock, TX.  

Larger groups must meet either outdoors or at a different location to be determined.

Price varies depending on location and number of people.  Typically it costs between $5-$45 per session per person.  

Boot Camp is $50/month (aka around $5 per class)
