She is AWESOME and so sweet! I was a complete beginner when I started training  with Caitlin. I was really nervous and body conscious. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I HATE, HATE cardio workouts! So she focused on strength training with me and sprinkled cardio here and there to balance out my workout. I always felt good when I left. She would encourage me and be my personal "cheerleader" during my workouts. She worked with my schedule and was available to answer any questions I had. I made a lot of progress in a short period of time. She also taught me to listen to my body and realize MY physical potential.

"After returning home from living abroad for 2 years I bought a pair of sweat pants with an elastic waist band, parked myself in front of the TV, and stuffed my face with endless burgers, fries, ice cream, and candy that had previously been unavailable to me. 2 months later when it was time for me to pack up and move to South Korea I found, much to my dismay, that none of my clothes fit and I had added considerable inches to my waistline in the past 2 months. I had gone from a size 8 to a size 14. I was horrified and knew things would have to change.​

I move to South Korea determined to lose the weight. After arriving in Korea I figured it would be pretty easy to lose the weight I had put on as I had to walk everywhere and there was a lack of American junk food. I did manage to lose about 15lbs but then I found I had reached a plateau and was unable to lose anymore. This was a problem as I still was unable to fit comfortably into my old clothes.

So I called Caitlin, who I figured would be able to give me some advice. Caitlin recommended adding weight training to my routine and working up to adding interval training in my cardio. I thought these were good suggestions but the idea of joining a gym was very intimidating to me. There was also no one who I could ask for help at my gym because no one spoke English. Caitlin encouraged me, however, to try anyways. She talked me through different exercises I could do for beginners, sent me links, and explained via phone calls and email in detail how to properly work with free weights. Together we designed a weight lifting routine and cardio routine that took less than 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Caitlin also helped me with my meal planning to ensure I had proper nutrition and diet. Why work so hard if you’re not providing your body with the proper nutrients? Well 6 months later I’ve lost 47lbs and dropped from a size 14 to a size 4! The best part is I’m still losing weight at a slow and steady pace, and I feel healthier than I ever have before.

I've been a Personal Trainer for 9+ years.  I absolutely love what I do and find my job incredibly fulfilling.  I get a front row seat to the transformation of my clients.  

I've trained in Gymastics, Weight Lifting, Olympic Lifting, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Plyometrics, Aerobics, and a lot more.  

​I specialize in weight loss, post-natal fitness, post-rehab fitness, women's fitness, and increasing your resting metabolic rate.

I love fitness, and I got into fitness because I wanted to help others reach their goals, just like a Personal Trainer helped me 9 years ago.  

I have always struggled with my weight, and had no idea how to get rid of it until I got my own trainer.  Ever since that time, I have been able to successfully stay at a weight I like and help others to do the same.  

I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and/or hopeless about getting the body you want.  But I also know that it's completely possible and that I can help you reach your fitness goals, whatever they may be!  My methods work, and I love helping people feel good in their own skin!
